What counts as a task?

Tasks are single changes to the website, like adding an image, inserting a link, or publishing a blog post. Click here to see more examples of tasks.

Large projects – such as writing content, building a complex form, or creating a new website – are not included in this plan. If you need a more robust support plan, ask us about a retainer.

What if I run out of tasks?

If you use up all of your tasks for the month, you can buy additional tasks on-demand for $50/task.

If you find yourself regularly needing more tasks, ask us about upgrading your plan to save on bulk tasks.

There are other WordPress support companies out there. Why should I work with you?

That’s a good question to ask. We don’t pretend to be the best option for every business; in fact, if we don’t think it’s going to be a good fit we’ll let you know.

The Butler monthly plan only covers updates made through the WordPress dashboard. If you need to make changes that involve writing code, we’ll be happy to connect you with a developer that can help.

What if I don't have a WordPress website?

We only service WordPress websites. If your current site needs to be updated, but it’s not built on WordPress, we can help you make the switch.
